If you have a R4, you can download from http://www.romulation.net/NDS/
The games you download are in .rar file so you'll need to get winRAR which you can get from this sitehttp://download.cnet.com/WinRAR/3000-2250_4-10007677.html
Then you can extract the .rar files to ds files.
The reason I gave you .rar file downloads, is because it is compressed so when you download it, it isn't as big as other sites would be, therefore, your internet won't go slow.
